This website is operated by Lev Remembers. By visiting the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The store is hosted by Shopify.

Who can buy

You must be old enough to make purchases under the law where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Products and prices

We try to show products and colours accurately, but screens differ and we cannot guarantee an exact match. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. We may limit or cancel an order, correct an error in a price or description, or stop selling a product without notice. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.

Orders and payment

You agree to give current, complete and accurate details for every order. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Applying to be on the show

If you apply to call in or appear on The Lev Parnas Show, the details you send go to our booking team. Sending an application does not guarantee a place on the show. Live shows may be recorded and published.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, artwork, logos and book excerpts on this site belong to Lev Remembers or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to other services such as Kick, X, Discord, Substack, YouTube and Bluesky. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to send harmful code or spam through it.

Disclaimer and limits on liability

The site and its products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lev Remembers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
