Refund policy

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us at infolevremembers@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind

Our merchandise is printed to order for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or colour. Please check the size and colour before you order.

Orders that do not arrive

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order is marked delivered and you do not have it, email us and we will look into it with the carrier. If the order is lost, we will resend it or refund you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order if you email us before it goes into production or is shipped. After that it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take up to 10 business days to show the refund.
