Merchandise

Shirts, hoodies, hats and other merchandise are printed to order. They usually ship within 2 to 5 business days of your order and arrive 3 to 8 business days after that in the United States.

Books

Shadow Diplomacy is shipped by our own team in batches. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your book to ship. Once it ships, delivery in the United States usually takes 3 to 10 business days.

Orders with books and merchandise

If you order a book and merchandise together, they ship separately and may arrive on different days.

International orders

We ship to most countries. International delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days after the order ships. Your country may charge customs duties or import taxes when the package arrives. Those charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number when each part of your order ships.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you order. If you need to correct it, email us right away. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
